What is your shipping policy?

We offer complementary standard shipping with an estimated delivery time of 10–14 business days in transit. A signature is required upon delivery.

What is your open box items policy?

Open box items include products that may have been returned, lightly used, or slightly damaged. These items are sold at a reduced price and are non-returnable.

What is your return policy?

Items can be returned within 10 days of delivery if they are in their original condition. A restocking fee of 35% will apply, and refunds will be issued after inspection.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Inspect your order upon delivery. If damaged, note 'Damaged Upon Arrival' on the delivery receipt. Report damages to us within 48 hours for resolution.
